The customer service is shotty and unprofessional. The appeals process is difficult, takes a long time, and will be denied regardless of supporting documents.NOW, here's the reason for my two-star rating. DentalPlans.com offers the CIGNA plan too, for $130 a year (give or take $5). If you buy it directly from CIGNA, it costs $62. That's a 100% mark-up for dentalplans.com. In my book that is the scam.
