Re: Prime and Netflix crashing. Here's what I believe is happening: just like a PC it's overheating opening Netflix and Prime because they take up too much memory for the TV to handle. The preload is too much, hence the freezing and crashing. Resetting the TV won't fix the bloated apps. 3 Kudos.

What I do experience is that Prime Video FF / RW is stupidly hard to control b/c it goes too fast! I did just read that it might work better using the purple D-Pad, so I'll try that soon.

If you haven't tried the suggested order (remove > restart > re-install), we would recommend giving it a shot once again. We also suggest doing the restart from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.) > System restart.
