Don't listen to anyone, it's possible. I have an Xbox and my creatures are 500-800, you have to type in a command, which is, "SetDifficultyValue 15" that last number means how difficult so I usually do 15-18. I think 150 is the highest on console and i dont think you can even reach that high on pc without mods. Can't on single player.
