Workflow to play something is not great - from a FireTV you select "Pacifica" from the Apps then scroll down two sections where BluRay is listed. You just need to unplug 3 fuses in the fuse box, then plug them back in. See link for the YouTube video below showing the fuses that you need to unplug.DVD screen not working.
