Best to talk to some private practice heme/onc folks directly. I've found that salary surveys are often misleading as they only capture a certain demographic and then only certain income streams of that demographic (won't include ancillary income from infusion centers and other things like that).That, and topical steroids (at least you can modify the vehicle and potency lol). In addition to The Fellow on Call, I also like Oncology Brothers and Uromigos (which is GU onc focused).Onc is currently very in demand but that can change in 5-10 years who knows.
