For the audio, you don't need to do "play directions as Bluetooth phone call." Just choose Bluetooth as the audio source in the Odyssey, and then start the directions on your phone.

There are 3 different actuator motors under the dash. One for the driver side temperature control, one for the passenger side and one for the floor v/s the upper vents control. The two that usually go bad are the driver's and passenger's side temperature control.
