Vital Strike is bugged since Enhanced Edition - Not just the Size bonus. As several people mentioned before, Vital Strike ignores Size effects on weapon damage. But I realized various other features also do not work for Vital Strike now. Size from spells like Legendary Proportions, and weapon dice improvements from Monk / Warpriest do nothing.
