From what I have learned, H-K failed to seal these units and as a consequence moisture accumulates in the unit - you can see where this moisture is accumulating on the back side of the screen.

Trying to avoid bringing it to the dealership for a entertainment unit, I'm looking to reset the system to factory settings and see if maybe it's just a little mixed up.
