I would get an electric bead reamer, e6000 glue, and 1mm stretch magic or similar. The glue is messy ish when you first put it on the knot and slide it into the bead. But you can immediately wipe off excess with your fingers and then wipe your fingers off on a paper towel. Messy knots I’ve done only take a few minutes of pulling off excess glue.
