Let me make a suggestion, hook up the fuel lines and go to the line going into the carburetor, remove it at the fuel pump end, the other end is obstructed. Crank engine and see if fuel is being pumped by the fuel pump. If so, fuel tank is ok. We can then look at the carburetor for problem. Let me know what you find and we can go from there.
