When I rolled the window down I heard a clicking almost like a nail or rock in the front driver tire it changes with speeds. I don't think it's a rock or nail . Looked under truck at ujoints and front driveshaft and tried shaking each part didn't find anything.

If you didn't know better from inspecting the front suspension you would feel the truck was likely unsafe.

5.7. Recently took my 2016 in to recalibrate the ride height and they found that the driver front bearing was going out.
