Fisher plow no power to controller.

Hello, new to the site. I searched and couldn't find a fix. I have a 3 plug Fisher Homesteader and can't get power to the controller. I traced the little red wire from the fuse to the wire harness and it has power.Lit. No. 27812, Rev. 02 4 June 1, 2009 9400 For fuse holder with white body and black cap: 1. I go out and check the connections, and can hear a "chattering" behind the grill. Eventually the light stops blinking and the plow will start working again. The noise behind the grill has me baffled. I have a Fisher 8' Minute Mount straight blade. It was running fine, then after dropping the plow several hours into the storm - the plow would no longer raise, go right, or go left. There was nothing leading up to this. It just shut down. The solenoid is still clicking. The joystick light is still on. The lights on the plow work.
