I'm not sure if that's too low or if it is just right! My fertility doctor likes to see over 100 at 4 weeks but what matters more is the doubling rate.HCG levels normally start declining at 9 weeks or so. If HCG doubles every 48 hours, at 4 weeks 1 day your HCG would have been close to 100. In early pregnancy a few days makes a big difference!
