My pregnancies are always the same when it comes to dilation I'm always a fingertip dilated by 30 weeks, 1cm dilated by 32, 2cm dilated by 34 weeks and I've gotten induced with all 3 of my previous pregnancies at 39 weeks and when I get checked at the hospital I'm always 4 cm dilated before we start induction.I was never more than 1 cm dilated went into spontaneous labor at 41+2, had the baby at 41+3. ... I went in for my induction with my first at 39 weeks and was at 1 cm with pre labor symptoms.
