It seems like the only way to prevent this issue is by resetting Windows, unfortunately. It is a DNS issue. Thats why certain windows accounts are having trouble, DNS can be configured differently to an account. Kyber Custom Servers are only available on PC. No chance of this coming console, I'm afraid. Kyber is a Custom Server provider for Star Wars: Battlefront II. It allows you to play private, modded servers.
