This is by far the best class to take when you have time in your schedule. [ANSC 210] [MCB 170] [ANTH 180] -- all super fun, relatively low effort classes! I also liked [SCAN 252], but that requires some writing and reading. I took figure skating in 1993 and still use my backwards skating moves from time to time.

GPA wise, usually the 400s are fairly forgiving in grades. The 200 and 300s are meant to test fundamentals and evaluate students so class sizes are large and competition is tough. 400, while topics are more complex, in my experience Professors tend to hand out more As and Bs liberally. ECE 444, any of the exploratory 499s, etc.

201 is by far the easiest. 238 used to be abnormal psych, so idk if they just changed the name, but it's the next easiest and also most interesting. my prof for 239 sucked, and it's boring in general. idk about the others. 201 is boring but not remotely time consuming or difficult. Child Psych was also super easy and not time consuming.I've taken all of the undergrad logic classes, minus Math 414 (which I don't think is coming back, unfortunately). I'll give a little rundown of my experience: 102 - Fitts - Easy, fun. Natural language arguments and learning about fallacies, mostly. 103 - Livengood - Easy to medium difficulty depending on your math background, also fun.The options are 357, 361, 374, and pretty much any 400 level course. 361 and 374. If you're in a scientific major (Physics/Astronomy/Atmo), CS 357 is very helpful and applicable. CS 440 (AI) is a good survey of AI and not the hardest class. I see you're a CompE major. The Software Engineering sequence CS427 & 429 can be taken for advanced comp credit. It's not necessarily an easy class (it is easier than most CS sequences but can take a decent amount of time) depending on how much effort you want to put into it. But I found it to be a lot of fun and at least a very interesting class.

There are a bunch of online courses that are relatively easy. You just have to make sure you do the assignments on time. DANC 100 I hear is easy and so is THEA 101. Look at some of the NPRE 400-level classes, they have some interesting topics like wind energy (475 I think), hydrogen fuel cells (470), and photovoltaics. Systems engineering and industrial engineering also have some interesting topics so you can just go to course explorer and do a search filter for 300 level classes and for 400 level classes ...

Take 402. Really straight forward and easy. If you want a little challenge take 453. I am not a math major, but I think 415 (applied linear algebra) was a pretty easy class as well as very applicable to a lot of other classes (physics and CS) I've had here at UIUC.
