This is by far the best class to take when you have time in your schedule. [ANSC 210] [MCB 170] [ANTH 180] -- all super fun, relatively low effort classes! I also liked [SCAN 252], but that requires some writing and reading. I took figure skating in 1993 and still use my backwards skating moves from time to time.

GPA wise, usually the 400s are fairly forgiving in grades. The 200 and 300s are meant to test fundamentals and evaluate students so class sizes are large and competition is tough. 400, while topics are more complex, in my experience Professors tend to hand out more As and Bs liberally. It's not necessarily an easy class (it is easier than most CS sequences but can take a decent amount of time) depending on how much effort you want to put into it. There are a bunch of online courses that are relatively easy. You just have to make sure you do the assignments on time. DANC 100 I hear is easy and so is THEA 101. Look at some of the NPRE 400-level classes, they have some interesting topics like wind energy (475 I think), hydrogen fuel cells (470), and photovoltaics. Take 402. Really straight forward and easy. If you want a little challenge take 453. I am not a math major, but I think 415 (applied linear algebra) was a pretty easy class as well as very applicable to a lot of other classes (physics and CS) I've had here at UIUC.
