Ruger really has the Working Man's revolver down, immensely strong, capable of handling very powerful ammo with out issue, and the fit and finish ain't too bad for the price! Now, if Colt were to bring back the quality and fit and finish whey used to be known for, I would buy one in a heart beat, likely more then one!

It's interesting that I have similar experience with groups shooting the King Cobra,and Pythons with 6 inch barrel as well as 4 in barrels in Colt model 357,Trooper,S&W model 66,and Ruger Security six. I think the king cobra is made to occasionally shoot 357 mag. I would look at a python or a comparable ruger or s&w. I own colts but my 4" ruger security 6 is probably my best revolver. It's made as well as my dan Wesson revolver but better priced. It's a bit bigger than a king cobra.
