Since uchi and naga are the same weapon type (katanas) wielding simultaneously lets you use dual wield attacks, which I personally think are very much worth it. You also get quick bleed build up doing that as the dual wield moveset means you're constantly hitting foes with both weapons in quick succession. 2.7) Nagakiba. Nagakiba is faster and longer, bloodhound hits way harder. Both are good options, although for PvE I would favour the Fang with Blood Flame Blade applied.
