I feel like most tattoo's are actually great for the core game. I think they'd only need to remove a few of the high end ones. Being able to convert unneeded pathing nodes into movement speed, accuracy, fire resist, or lightning damage is a fun addition to the PoE character customisation but pretty minimal power creep overall.
