I am a few weeks in to Roamio ownership and about at the end of my rope. Roamio Plus, Cablevision, NDS cablecard. I can only go about 24 hours (sometimes 48) before I start getting V58 channel not authorized errors on different stations. I have replaced the cable card, had the cards...For now, running brand new coax straight from the wall to the Tivo, pending getting a new surge protector. Most likely you have good downstream but bad upstream so the card can't stay paired. I had this happen plenty of times. Had to go through the guided setup until it repeated the problem. Replace the cable card as previously recommended, It'll help you out the most. May have 1 bad tuner, check all of them to make sure!

Testing with channel 759. It sounds like it might be the same thing. Not a reception problem. I set my Tivo Roamio Pro up for 5 tuners to correct the V58 errors about a month ago and have had zero tuning problems since that change. ...
