I have been to WICO nexus page and read the whole description including installation instructions as well as the readme included with the mod. I have also read multiple guides on isntalling WICO and have applied the VR fix for it ( I am playing SkyrimVR ). You can pair it with a skin mod that places less emphasis on the eyebrow ridges that elves have. I personally Like High Poly NPC Overhaul But it is a very subtle change. I use Nordic Faces.
