HK45 (not USP 45) mags also work with HK45C/USPc 45 if using with the elephant floor plates. The 10-rd HK45C/USPc 45 mags use the same mag housing as the HK45s. If you don't use the elephant floor plate, the mag will sit fit and work but you run into the risks of damaging the ejector.
