I haven't heard of anyone adding the EZ Power Steering Kit sold by Super ATV and I'm wondering how good they work. All I use my Rancher for is trail riding.

JRV: Remove all the original, gummy, stiff grease that is in the shift motor gears. Then, replace that grease with a liberal amount of All-temperature, white lithium grease. That should help. The Older auto machines seem to have fewer problems than the ES. The Rubicons 01-11 and Rincons don't use the same type of transmissions as the ES models.

I'm getting code 21 which means the angle sensor is not getting the right voltages, I'm stumped and can't figure out what's going on, I switched out the sensor with another 420 and didn't help, also changed the shift motor, the link to check the ohms is not working. Follow instructions per sevice manual, battery is fully charged, but clutch. will not adjust.
