It is simple even if you are using the Luxpro Thermostat for the first time only. The steps are as follows: Switch the device OFF first. Now find the reset button for the hardware. The reset button for hardware must be labeled as “HW Reset” in white color. Press it for 5 seconds at least. Now the device is reset.
