Same issue here on XBSX. The only way to fix it is unplug the base station and plug it back. I find it easier to unplug the USB from the console not the micro USB from the base station. I reported this along with static and occasional sound quality issue with Dolby Atmos (which may be a XBSX issue) to Astro.
