There’s no impact. They’re both different applications even when filed together so they’re not always approved at the same time. Sometimes i485 gets approved right after like same day or within a couple days or so. What experiences have you guys had, my I-485 went into actively reviewing when the RFE was intially send for I-130 about over a month ago, my work permit and AP have not gotten approved it’s been 8 months since we applied, at this point it seems like work permit/AP is a lost cause, can anybody share any similar experiences. This happened to me last week - check the documents tab under the I130 petitioner's USCIS account, there may be an approval document there. It didnt't show up in the beneficiary's account - just showed actively reviewing and no documents until it changed to Approved a few days later.
