Is bad pop up accurate.

Everyone from my class of 2023 that got that have all passed. The one person who didn’t and got thr bad pop up did fail. I think thr good one really is accurate!! Could the good pop up be inaccurate? I’ve been told the bad pop up doesn’t always mean you failed but the good is very accurate? True ? Update: I decided to put my correct card info and submit. When it submitted the payment went through to my bank and then automatically refunded it and gave me the “good pop up”.The “good pop up” is still accurate.
