The current Ithaca's coming out of Ohio are excellent guns. No stamped parts, all American made, no imported parts. Very tight tolerances. Lots of good used ones out there too, just do your research. A copy of Walt Snyder's book on the Model 37 specifically is a must. If I were new to buying them I would not want to without first reading that book.
