Pull the rail return line on the side closest to the front and see if its by passing fuel, should be none. If its not bypassing there i would check the return from the back of the head as well.

Motor is clean as a whistle inside and oil with new oil and filter. Start motor and oil pressure is 45-50 psi and as the motor/oil warms up the pressure comes down. At 600 rpm and 220 temp on oil the pressure hovers at about 8psi and 20-22 psi at 1400 rpm. About to change oil cooler and t-stat to oil cooler. I’m ready to give up.
