The Postal Service and the National Rural Letter Carriers’ Association (NRLCA) have decided to delay the implementation of the new rural route evaluations (RRECS) from April 8 to April 22, 2023. During the distribution of Forms 4241-A and 4241-M, it was discovered that some of the data fields did not display correctly.Mark your calendars!
