Wed, 2/7/24 @10 am rental car pick up experience. I was shocked that the process for a Preferred Customer picking up a reserved and pre-paid rental car at AVIS Sky Harbor airport was so terrible. My wait in a line was 70 minutes to get a rental car (on a Wed around 1030 on a non-holiday week).
