One thing is you don't put a 20 amp fuse in a 10amp spot because a fuse is a circuit Protector and puting a 20 in a 10 would damage whatever is on that circuit. According to my owners manual for my RZR and I suspect the full size rangers are the same, When the AWD is turned on by the switch it only engages when the rear wheels slip. The book also says you can leave it in AWD all the time and it will do nothing unless the rear wheels loose traction.Cut this close to the three way fuse holder. Splice this to the new fuse holder. Put shrink sleeve over the joint. Now undo the terminal on the main contactor where the multi plug is connected (Pack side of the contactor) .
