Degree Requirements. Students within the Computer Science major may choose to pursue our General Track or one of four specializations offered. Students are not required to pursue a specialization but may find one best fits their interests. Students interested in declaring a specialization should speak with their assigned academic advisor.

Program Director: Michael Montague-Smith, Ph.D. The study of molecular and atomic properties and interactions that encompass Chemistry and Biochemistry are central to many scientific disciplines including biology, geology, astronomy, environmental science, materials science and numerous others.Admitted Students Residing Outside of the United States: To enter the U.S., international students residing abroad will need a valid passport from their country of citizenship and a visa from the U.S. Consulate. To obtain a visa for the purposes of studying in the U.S., students must first be admitted to the university and confirm their enrollment.Students must fulfill their computer science upper level course requirements from at least 3 areas. Students may fulfill an area requirement under the Upper Level Elective Courses requirement.
