The blower quit on me and i replaced it and still wont turn on. I tested the power wire going to the blower with a meter and it's getting voltage. Also tested the connection on the fan speed selector and that's getting power as well.

Both interior and exterior filters are clean. The fan speed varies through the cycle of the switch. The vents will change from dash to defrost and back.
