I took it to my mechanic and he cleared the codes w/ an agreement to bring it back if the warning lights …An OBD-II reader will do just that- read OBD-II codes and nothing more. All the other stuff (like VTM-4, etc) are manufacturer-specific, thus you need a Honda-specific scanner for that stuff. Basically, if you get a Check Engine light, an OBD-II scanner (that talks ISO9141 protocol), it'll pull codes for that but nothing else.

It was misfiring on all cylinders and i got a P0175 Fuel system too rich (bank 2). Tried dry gas and fuel injector cleaner.Mechanic for Honda: Andrew. You can swap the bank 1 and bank 2 sensors with eachother to see if code switches to other bank if so you know sensor is problem if not there is a oil pressure issue.
