Start with Micros. They are 1/10 the margin of Mini's. Next, get a broker that supports day trading, TOS does not. So you are talking $50 margin for MYM and MES, $100 for MNQ. $1000 provides 20 bullets for the first two. $2500 provides 50 bullets. You can do real damage with this amount of ammo in your account.
