Holding the 92a1, my hand wants to slide right off of the grip. The checkering on the M9a1 is superb, and gives me a much more solid grip. I use a Hogue overmolded grip on the 92a1, and stock grip panels on the M9a1.The Glock also has replaceable sights but they are lacking from the factory. They will work but plastic sights are not ideal. Accuracy. While the Beretta has a 4.9" barrel and the Glock has a 4.48" barrel, the sight radius is, as near as makes no difference, the same (the Glock's is actually a hair longer).

92a1 has a buffer in the frame, uses a different recoil spring, and I'm pretty sure has a couple other small parts proprietary to it. Otherwise it will take any trigger upgrade you can do to any other 92.
