Problem with Ryze Lategame is that, despite having godlike burst, DPS and AOE damage, its his range that ruins him. He actually loses 1v1 against most ADC's Lategame because they outrange and kite him before he can land his first spell. Not to mention assassins or divers jumping him for a one-shot.
