justiciar is good for team bandos, not solo bandos in my experience. If you can flick things, replace tank gear with dps boosting gear. If you can't flick prayer or gear, put as much tank gear on as you can, except for the weapon. Dwh is better than BGS period.

Personally i found if i ever ate food in 6:0 id just end up putting bandos out of the cycle and taking a hit at the door; id suggest sticking to brews while running around to avoid missing an attack and keep your food for when your killing the minions.
