Star citizen scan not working.
Basic scanning for mining on the Prospector is straightforward: hit the Tab key to enter scanning mode, then hold Left Mouse until the scanner charges, and release to make the scan happen. Results linger for a few seconds, and then fade. Easy. (I was disappointed that the scan signal isn't also visible from outside the ship; oh well).
Can't seem to get it to work either, I know before you had to rename the DLL to d3d11 but that doesn't seem to work anymore. Currently only ReShade 4.9.1 is whitelisted. By...Hi all, I used to do the Illegal monitors detected mission quite a lot because they pay a lot and were super fast to do even tho boring. However, since the last update they have been seemingly buggy most of the time. About 80% of the time I try the mission there will be either one or two or all monitors that would be completely unfindable. Get yourself to another spawn location (LZ/Station) and 'CLAIM' your ship. If it doesn't work then keep spamming the claim button until you get a duplicate #2 ship which will have all the customized (if any) components of your lost #1 ship, while the #1 ship is left displayed in 'unknown' state and remains irretrievable. it's a workaround which ... 1. You'll know if you can scan something because when you put the reticle over a scannable object, you will get a Signal Strength indicator that goes from 0 to 100 on the left side of the Scan Mode ring.
