Attempted to activate my storm ready WiFi. While activation steps seemed to have completed I never got all the prompts such as run test. My app thinks the device is activated, but it's says needs attention on WiFi device list. The storm device and battery are just flashing white. Tried xfinity chat tech support team and no resolution.
