Eating just one fruit is harmless even if you eat it in one go. The poison will disappear from your body in a couple of minutes. The same applies to burned food.

You'll be able to plan your movement better pick your battles easier. Ultimately when you're starting our you just want to play, win some fights but also lose some.

I played Deer Isle with my brother for a few hours. We did this really long distance swim to an island in the south west. If the frames go down, the wall goes down. Meaning, wood/metal makes no difference if nades are used. If someone is melee raiding, then metal makes a small amount of difference.
