Hello everyone. I have a 2011 cruze ltz oil is leaking from around the fill cap. I have taken the cap off and cleaned it, around it and any were I can reach were oil has sprayed. Oil keeps leaking no matter what I do. The loss in vacuum is really make the the car run sluggish. This has been going on for over a week. I got a service appt. Monday.

Or, the oil filter housing is part of the oil cooler, so it may be the seal between the oil cooler and motor. Rockauto lists NEEDA 654236 for the 2014 diesel Cruze with specs of M14-1.5 , which seems about right for a drain plug. Autozone lists several Needa M14-1.5 oil drain plugs, but not the 654236 ...1.4T calls for 4.25 quarts of oil. 1.8 calls for 4.75 quarts of oil.
