Resting fully charged 12 volt batteries are around 12.8-12.9 volts, and flat dead ones are at 12.0 volts, so 12.4 volts on a resting battery means it's about 50% charged."

Pull following fuses in fuseblock under hood & wait about 1 minute and then reinsert. F78 (TCM / E-Shifter) it turned off the shifter lights (didn't reset enough controllers to fix car though the shifter might unlock). Started with having to drive 20 miles or so before the ESS system worked. Then to 70 miles, then to never working.
