The Stem Cell Engineering CoRE provides tissue culture equipment that can be used to accommodate short- to medium-term projects in collaboration with the CoRE. After training, users can access a fully equipped biosafety cabinet and tissue culture incubator. The CoRE also maintains specific equipment available for reservation in our iLab page.

Now available in the Data Ark: The Oxford Brain Imaging Genetics Server – BIG40: This open data server contains results from GWAS of almost 4,000 imaging-derived phenotypes from the multimodal brain imaging in UK Biobank. It is a major update to the original BIG server, using data from the 40,000 subject imaging data release from early 2020.It implements a completely new design of the core data framework allowing technology-agnostic, multi-scale spatial multi-omic data analysis.
