Address to send RFE's Hello, I have also received RFE for the I-485 medical on Sep 18th,2007. After looking at this thread, I am also confused regarding where to send the RFE. But after doing some research, I found that we can send the I-485 RFE's to the following address. USCIS TSC PO Box 852381 Mesquite, TX 75185- 2381 Medical RFE for I485, over 60 days and no response. I-130 & I-485 (AOS) I have I485 application submitted on Feb 19. I did my finger print on April 27. Received medical RFE on August 10. Received by August 20. A month later, I received a letter from Los Angeles Field Office for an RFE to send the Medical exam form, but the online case status remains at “Case was transferred to another office” and it never changed to ”RFE request sent”.

So say your i485 is pending for 6 months but the average time for the FO is 18 months. 18-6 is 12. Your waiting time can be anything between 2-4 weeks and 12 months.
