Nov 16, 2023 · I recently purchased an AT&T NETGEAR MR6110 MIFI Hotspot, SN: 76522CWVA1A8C for my business. The wireless connections work fine with all my computers, except my old Windows XP computer that does not have WIFI, so I am trying to connect the XP computer to the hotspot with an Ethernet cable. The Nighthawk M6 MR6150 is similar to the MR6110, but it is an unlocked version and will work with all of the major carriers, although Netgear says it will work best with AT&T and T-Mobile. Update 7/9/23: This replacement MR6110 has stayed online 1 day and 20 hours, so the device (with firmware version NTGX65_10.04.22.00) itself is stable compared to the previous one (was NTGX65_10.01.47.00) that I returned to AT&T.
