After you deactivated all your mods, switch *a single* mod on and try again. If that works, add mod per mod until you found the mod causing the issue. Anyways as of this morning I attempted to open Stellaris multiple times. Game opens fine, then it loads to 100% and stops responding for an indefinite length of time, and so the only option is to close it. Yesterday it would load just fine, it didn't stop responding, it hits 100% and then goes straight to the menu.
