If you are talking about the witcher 3 (i guess); delete manually older saves before quitting to ease the load of sync; or disable syncing and manually sync the few saves you keep sometimes. During this time the progress bar stays at 0% forever. If I cancel syncing I never get the prompt again for that game, but am now forever stuck in the game's first loading screen. The Services app will open, showing you a list of all the services running on your computer. Look for services that start with the word “Xbox ” such as “Xbox Live Game Save”.
Right-click on Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and click on Properties. Go to Local Files and select the “Verify Integrity of Game Files” option to retrieve the deleted files.
If you go to Settings > Apps and find there's Forza Horizon 4 and separate entries for any car packs you have, delete the data for the car packs and "uninstall" them, but leave data for LEGO Speed Champions or Fortune Island if you have those.
