As it is known, you can obtain Debt-Bonds by purchasing Ticker’s Case# or from Bounty rewards. Ticker’s inventory not only took quite some time to refresh, but the inventory ... Thus, the chance of not getting any Familial Debt-Bonds in 6 bounties is 0.791%, and the chance of not getting any Famlial Debt-Bonds in 7 bounties is 0.353%. Yeah, that's pretty unlucky. In Warframe, getting Familial Debt-Bonds involves defeating the Profit-Taker Orb during Phase 4 of Heists. When you successfully defeat the Profit-Taker Orb, the boss will always drop three Medical, two Advances, and one Familial Debt-Bonds. These Debt-Bonds serve as resources in various transactions within Solaris United.I'm unsure what debt-bond you're specifically going for, but all fortuna bounties final stages (whether it be stage 3 on T1 or stage 5 on T5) don't have drops for debt-bonds, and have high rates for aya (T4 bounty has 44.88% chance on stage 5, I wouldn't pay attention to "rarity" of items as they don't reflect drop rates at all).
Debt-bonds are technically "uncommon". Don't be tricked by the colour - it only represent the stage at which you can drop the reward. For instance, let's take a 5-stage Bounty. Stage 1: drop chance 20% of getting a debt-bond. Stage 2 and 3: 12.5% each Stage 4: 11% Stage 5: 0% The chance of not getting debt-bonds (at any stage) is thus 54%.
